We can support you with the planning of your new business.  Whether this be cash flow projections for banks and funding, limited company formations or talking through your business ideas and bookkeeping routines.

We prepare accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.  These form the basis of your Self Assessment or Company Tax Returns and are a starting point for the calculation of your tax liabilities.

For many of our clients we prepare bookkeeping on their behalf, often on a monthly or quarterly basis, in house or at their offices.  This can also include VAT returns and monthly management accounts if required.  Clients can find this more cost effective than employing a bookkeeper/accountant themselves.

We offer advise on contractor and sub-contractor registration, submit CIS returns and provide deduction statements to registered companies and verify subcontractors that haven’t worked for you before.  We also complete tax returns for a number of subcontractors.

We can support you with the set up and use of cloud accounting software, such as Quickbooks.  We will ensure that you are MTD-compliant and customise the set-up so that you have as much or as little use of it yourself as you want.  Benefits include raising invoices through an app on the go to save yourself time later.  See our “Cloud Accounting” page for more information.

Our payroll bureau operates for both weekly and monthly run payrolls and is fully RTI compliant.  We provide support for employer’s pension schemes and can assist with set-up of these to ensure you are fulfilling your legal pension requirements.  Many clients find it time and cost effective to outsource these functions to us.

We complete Self Assessment returns for all self employed clients, company directors and subcontractors.  We also support those clients with rental income and more complex tax affairs who are required to complete a Self Assessment return.

We can support your business in implementing and training for SAGE and Quickbooks Online.  We are a member of SAGE Accounts Club and operate SAGE accounts and payroll in house.  In addition to this, we are a Certified Quickbooks ProAdvisor operating on and offering training for Quickbooks Online.  We also offer a Company Secretarial service for limited companies.
